Yesterday I knited a blythe apron!

how to knit a blythe boa

My awesome mum has knitted our Blythe dolls a fluffy boa each.

 

Midnight is wearing her favourite colour - blue!

Madeline has a pink boa!

Vikki loves her yellow boa!  and Miley is looking and feeling FABULOUS in purple!

 

Mum said it was OK to share her pattern so all my knitting Blythe friends can make some for their dolls.

Mum used 6.5mm knitting needles and fluffy yarn.  You need to use bigger needles than normal.

 

Next you cast on 60 stitches.  Don't pull the yarn too tight as the fluffy yarn is a bit tricky to knit with.

 

Next you cast off all the stitches.   The first pic shows some of the stitches already cast off.

 
 
Once you have finished casting off all the stitches you just need to darn the two ends, and your special Blythe doll can model it!

Here is a pic of some of the boas mum knitted. Aren't the colours gorgeous!!!!

They are for a special surprise!

here is how to make a blythe braclet

you will need

beads small

 

 

elastic

 

and scisors

 

step 1

 

 

cut elastic

step 2 

 

put a medium small size bead on the cut elastic.

step 3,4,5,6

 

 

 

 

put a small bead on

step 7

 

 

put 2 different beads on or you can put the same on

step 8

 

 

tie a knot cut off the excess elastic

and you're finished
